Warranty Claim:

Here is what we need:

  1. A copy of the warranty issued by Everroof.
  2. Supporting documentation that proves the purchase of Everroof material.
  3. A statement of work from the contractor, either the original contractor or another engaged for repairs, which must include:
    1. An estimate of the materials required.
    2. A labor estimate, even if the claim relates to a material-only warranty.
    3. A comprehensive description of the condition, its cause, and accompanying pictures.
